This one had me thinking…
Centrally located with a comfortable bed and decent fridge, this place is workable for a quick stay. A clean dining area was available, but wall thinness led to disturbances. Room service was hit or miss, and we spotted a roach. If you need merely a night's sleep, you can work with it.

great access to parks and local attractions for weekend strolls
I really enjoyed how close the hotel was to Cherokee Lake Park, which made my morning walks so peaceful. It was a short stroll to the historic Big Oak that really made my trip special.

I liked the friendly front desk staff. They were helpful when we asked for room changes. The continental breakfast had decent options, though I always wished for more variety. My biggest issue was with the cleanliness. It smelled bad, and there were black hairs in the tub. The lobby needed a good cleaning. it was dirty and unwelcoming. I also ran into problems with the coffee maker at breakfast. it didn't work one morning, leaving me without coffee. The location is great, close to dining options, but I expected more for the price we paid.

Breakfast options could have been more varied.

The comfortable beds made for a pleasant night's sleep, while the friendly staff added to the welcoming atmosphere. Limited breakfast options were disappointing, and the bathrooms could use some modernization, particularly the showerheads. Noise from the hallway and adjacent rooms was intrusive at times, affecting the overall experience.

pleasant stay but could use more variety
The staff were attentive and always willing to help! My king room had a comfortable bed that made for restful nights. I enjoyed the lovely garden view that added serenity to my mornings.
Breakfast options lacked diversity compared to other places I've stayed at.

This place is super convenient—shopping and food are just a hop away! My room was nice enough for a quick stay, and you can’t beat the location for visiting family.
But good grief, the bed felt like it was auditioning for a horror film—definitely had some lumps! Plus, it could use a good cleaning party—stat!
